1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1.Cut fish into strip.Sprinkle with salt and pepper
2.Mix all the ingredients for the batter in a mixing bowl with wire whip.
3.Heat up generaous amount of oil for frying.
4.Working one fish at a time,deep the fish filletin the prepared batter,roll in japanenese bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
5.Drain on plates lined with paper towel .Serve with your favorite dipping sauce ,tartar sauce ,catsup or lemon -butter sauce.
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp grated ginger
3 tbsp grated radish
For the sauce,combine the first 3 ingredients in a samll saucepan.Allow to boil .Turn off the heat and quickly stir in the grated ginger and the radish.
